Isabella Citizens for Health, Inc. (ICH) is a not-for-profit 501c3 organization that operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center.
ICH's main focus is to serve all people of all ages regardless of health insurance status. The Health Center continues to depend on grants, donations, and other forms of funding to assure services and programs are available to all people. Year over year there are more people in the Isabella County area that are utilizing the health center for primary care services and choosing our health center as their medical home.
As we continue to serve all people regardless of ability to pay, we continue to need financial support. If you would like to help, please consider making a donation today.

Isabella Citizens for Health, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation and has been designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center since 2015. As such, ICH can participate in grant applications to receive funds that may supplement and/or fund additional services.
The health center offers comprehensive primary care with access to many services not readily available to all people. Our patient volume continues to grow and so does the need to recruit additional medical and behavioral health providers to work at the health center.
Consider making a donation to help ICH continue to provide a medical home for all people regardless of insurance status. Your donations to our non-profit 501(c)3 corporation are tax exempt to the extent of the law.
