Quality Care
Isabella Citizens for Health, Inc. (ICH) is dedicated to ensuring that quality care is delivered in accordance with its mission statement. To ensure this high level of care, ICH has developed a Compliance and Process Improvement Program (CPI) that is designed to track clinical, operational, risk and compliance measures for promoting quality assurance, patient safety and improvement of patient care. The CPI Program addresses clinical services and clinical management activities, with an emphasis on Health Resources & Services Administration’s (HRSA) clinical performance measures under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Operations. The CPI Program provides a mechanism to constantly assess and analyze quality assurance and quality improvement performance, implement measurable strategies for improvement and risk reduction, and identify opportunities to improve performance through education and training.
